This policy explains what personal data is collected when you visit interior-design.contractors, why it is used, how long we keep it, and how you can exercise your rights. The site runs on WordPress and publishes editorial articles about interior design. We do not sell products, run advertising, offer a newsletter, or use analytics tools on this site.
Data we receive automatically
When you load a page, our hosting environment and content delivery/cache layer record standard server logs. These logs may include your IP address, the date and time of the request, the URL requested, the referrer, and your browser and device information (user agent).
These logs are used to operate the site, diagnose errors, keep the service secure, and measure basic traffic at a high level. Access to raw logs is limited to technical administrators and the hosting/CDN providers that process them on our behalf.
Comments
Articles on this site may allow readers to post comments. If you leave a comment, WordPress stores the data you provide in the comment form (such as the comment text, name, email address, and optional website URL). For security and abuse prevention, WordPress also stores the commenter’s IP address and browser user agent at the time the comment is submitted.
If you choose “save my details” when commenting, WordPress sets cookies in your browser so your name, email, and website can be prefilled the next time you comment. These convenience cookies persist for a period set by WordPress in your browser and can be cleared at any time via your browser settings. Comments, if approved for publication, are displayed publicly along with the name you provided.
Email and other direct contact
If you write to one of our published email addresses, we will receive the contents of your message and the contact details you provide. We use this information only to handle your inquiry and keep records of our correspondence. Email is processed by our mail host and may pass through multiple networks to reach us.

• Comments and their metadata are kept for as long as they remain published on the site. If you ask us to remove a comment you authored, we will do so unless we have a legal reason to keep it.
• Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to manage the conversation and maintain reasonable records.
